1. Introduction & Electronic Contract
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its applicable rules. This digital record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical, wet, or digital signatures to be legally binding.
By accessing, browsing, or buying items on this platform (including all related subdomains), you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you must stop using our website immediately.
2. Membership Eligibility and Account Security
You can only use the ZippiStore website if you are legally allowed to form binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors (under the age of 18 years) or un-discharged insolvents are strictly prohibited from buying items here independently.
If you create an account, you are completely responsible for keeping your login credentials, passwords, and security codes private. You accept full liability for all purchases and orders made using your account profile.
3. Pricing, Item Descriptions, Taxes and Payments
All prices on our store are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless explicitly shown separate in your final checkout screen.
While we audit our stock daily, pricing errors or system glitches can occasionally happen. If an item is listed at a wrong price due to a technical bug, database error, or system failure, ZippiStore reserves the right to cancel the order, stop the shipping process, and issue a full refund back to the buyer.
4. Anti-Fraud & Cart Manipulation Policy
To keep our system fair for genuine shoppers, we strictly ban unfair account activity. Users must not use automated scripts, scraping bots, or headless browsers to buy limited promotional products or artificially hold items in their shopping carts.
If our platform detects system abuse, bulk order splitting to avoid commercial taxes, or fraudulent payment paths, ZippiStore reserves the right to freeze accounts without warning and report the activity to legal financial channels.
5. Logistics, Shipping and Ownership Transfer
All product shipments are handled by trusted third-party courier services. Delivery timelines are calculated automatically based on your location and PIN Code service availability.
The official ownership and risk of loss for your items transfers entirely to you the moment the courier company delivers the package to your stated address. ZippiStore does not accept responsibility for delays caused by extreme weather, regional strikes, or unexpected courier issues.
6. Returns, Replacements and Refund Processing
Return rules vary across different store categories due to product shelf-life and safety standards. Eligible items must be returned within their specific time window using your account panel. Returned items must have all original brand tags, box packaging, and stickers completely untouched.
Approved refunds are sent directly back to your original payment method (such as UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking) within 5 to 7 operational banking days, following the **Reserve Bank of India (RBI)** settlement guidelines.
7. User Reviews, Feedback and Shared Content
When you post text reviews, ratings, or images on our product pages, you give ZippiStore permission to display, format, and share that content across our marketing channels without any royalty fees.
You agree that any review or text you upload does not violate copy rights, contains no viruses, features no political spam, and follows the standard public rules outlined in the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
8. Trademarks, Copyright and Web Scraping Bans
All media, website design layout, product graphics, icons, system stylesheets, and core software code are the exclusive intellectual property of ZippiStore.
Copying or downloading our product details, image assets, or technical data layers using automated screen scraping tools without written permission is strictly banned and will result in direct legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
9. Indemnification & Limit of Liability
You agree to protect and hold harmless ZippiStore, its development team, corporate directors, employees, and logistics partners from any third-party legal claims or expenses that happen because you broke these rules.
Under applicable consumer laws, the maximum total amount ZippiStore can be held liable for regarding any order issue or system malfunction is capped at the exact price paid by you for that specific item.

Redressal SLA Timelines: Grievance support tickets will be acknowledged within 48 hours. A comprehensive response and final resolution will be provided within 30 days of receiving your full claim details.
