6. Refund Method and Timelines

Once a refund is approved, the amount is processed back to your original payment method unless another lawful method is required. Refund timing can vary by bank, payment provider, and payment instrument.

In most approved cases, refund instructions are initiated within 5 to 7 business days after approval. Original shipping charges, convenience fees, or similar charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is caused by an error attributable to ZippiStore®.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where cancellation functionality is available or where our support team confirms that the order has not yet entered irreversible processing.

ZippiStore® also reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases involving pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, or compliance concerns. Where payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, the applicable refund process will be initiated.
